Payment Processing

Our service uses Stripe to process credit card payments. The fee is 3.55% plus $0.30 per transaction, which is not included in our pricing structure. You may choose to accept offline payments (e.g. e-transfer, cheque) which has no fees whatsoever (payment processing or our service fee).

Support

Whether you just have a free website, or are a paying customer, basic support is free. If you can’t figure out how to do something, we’ll give you a hand and get you on your way, even if it means digging into the nitty gritty!

Advanced support, such as set-up assistance, website customization, and other features requests is billed at a rate of $70 per hour. An estimate of the time required to complete your request will be provided in advance of starting the work, so you have the option to forego or adjust your request. You might also consider our Red Tractor Service if you need ongoing assistance with your digital operations.

Red Tractor Service

Our red tractor service will do the pushing, pulling, lifting, and digging for you. You’ll feel like you’re on the red carpet, but actually getting stuff done!

Our red tractor service provides you with our expert team’s time setting up your site, configuring your store, performing marketing activities, or whatever digital assistance you might need up to 10 hours per month.
